ARE YOU PREGNANT?
Do you have a positive pregnancy test?
Mums -to-be no longer need to visit a GP - they can just refer themselves online.
Please make mums-to-be aware that if they have a positive pregnancy test and wish to have their baby under the care of Basildon Hospital Maternity Services, they can contact the maternity team directly by completing the antenatal self-referral form https://connect.btuh.nhs.uk/maternitydirect without the need to see a GP first.
A qualified midwife will contact them by telephone within seven days following receipt to discuss the next step.
Anyone experiencing problems with the submission of their referral form, should email maternity@btuh.nhs.uk
